Steve Cassidy
Founder & Managing partner
With a background in beverage sales and hospitality, Steve took his longtime passion for cannabis and applied both his experience and knowledge to build Daylite from the ground up. Steve was born and raised in neighboring Cinnaminson and a graduate of Stockton University. For Steve, the vision is simple: make this a great place to be for both our guests and our team, and the business will thrive.
kristen Cassidy
Managing Partner
Partner & Wife to Steve Cassidy and Girl Mom of 2. Kristen comes from a background in Medical Sales with experience in Educational Training, Sales and building relationships within Corporate Healthcare Systems.
For Kristen, Cannabis has been a key tool in abstaining from alcohol entirely and proudly living a booze free lifestyle. Most importantly, Cannabis has provided her with an added layer of support in motherhood. It is a tool that invites patience and creativity. She stays focused on living a life where she can feel and be her best self for her family.
joe Cassidy

Joe grew up in Maple Shade, NJ and attended MSHS. While working full time he earned a Chemistry degree from BCC. Joe recently retired after 40 years as an Account Executive and lives in Cinnaminson with his wife of 25 years, Linda.

Linda Cassidy is a self-employed Environmental Health and Safety Consultant. She has 20 years of safety experience, working mainly with laboratories and healthcare facilities. She has also worked with various non-profit organizations.
jeff walsh
Jeff was born and raised in Cinnaminson and graduated from TCNJ where he went on to work in sales roles for multiple tech companies. He saw success in his career through driving innovation and out-of-the-box thinking. He believes the best path to success is working with people you like and respect which is why he is excited to be part of the Daylite team as they work to positively influence the Cannabis industry in NJ.
